Returns
You have 80 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a proof of purchase

Non-returnable items:

Items marked as final sale

Gift cards

Worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by manufacturing defects

How to Return

Pack the item securely and include the original invoice.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team for return instructions and return address.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
