After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your parcel tracking number and a link to the corresponding courier company, through which you can check the shipment status of your parcel in real time.

 3. Process for handling items lost in transit

We take the security of our parcels very seriously, but for unforeseen reasons parcels may be lost in transit. Below is the process for handling lost parcels: Lost Parcel Confirmation:

 Compensation or Refund:

 Once we confirm the parcel is lost, we will make a claim with the courier company and offer you a full refund or reshipment (you can choose according to your personal needs).

 The courier company will usually take responsibility for the parcel during transportation, but the store will not be responsible if the lost parcel is lost after delivery to your specified address. We recommend that you ensure that your address information is accurate and that you provide the correct shipping address.
